We want your cigars to arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Please inspect them upon delivery and store them properly. We have a 1 stick testing allowance. If there’s any issue, just let us know within 48 hours. Do not ship returns with a cut or smoked cigar, as that will affect your refund.
