You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free and orders are fulfilled on the next business day. We ship via USPS to the contiguous United States. Cigars should be checked and properly stored upon delivery. To be eligible for a return any issues need to be reported within 72 hours. We allow a 1 stick testing allowance. All remaining cigars must be returned in order to receive a full merchandise credit, less shipping charges. If you try more than 1 , pro-rata credit is applied. Please keep the original packaging and any accessories to return with the item. This includes having the cigars in their cellophane wrappers. Do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
